The Content Creation Lab (CCL) is a unique, semester-long internship for youth from around the world.
CCL interns meet virtually in cross-national teams and design courses to educate global peers on the issues that matter to them most and create the online Student to World courses.

Interns assume roles and responsibilities based on their age and experience in order to
learn and apply valuable life and career skills.
Interns ages 11-23 work on multinational teams to develop a curriculum on global issues important to youth. They develop skills such as intercultural communication, collaboration, backward mapping, and meeting deadlines.
Promoted secondary school-age interns or new university-age interns lead a team of youth to develop curriculum on specific global topics. They develop skills such as tracking a curriculum team’s progress, motivating team members, offering feedback, and delegating tasks.
University-age interns with previous CCL Team Leader experience plan, coordinate, and lead multiple CCL teams. They develop skills such as project planning, multiple team management, problem-solving, and leading by example.
